Sending Your Inclusions

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive clear guidance on how to safely send your inclusions, such as ashes or hair.

Crafting Your Jewellery

When everything arrives, your piece will be carefully handcrafted with close attention to detail. Each order is completed individually, ensuring care and respect throughout the process.

Delivery & Collection

Once finished, your jewellery will be beautifully packaged and either delivered to your chosen address or made available for collection, depending on your preference.

All pieces are created to order. Some jewellery settings are sourced from trusted suppliers, which may occasionally affect turnaround times.

Timeframes

Most items are completed within a few weeks. Certain pieces — particularly solid gold designs — may take longer due to sourcing and hallmarking.

We understand that sending inclusions can feel daunting. Full instructions are provided after ordering, and many customers choose tracked postal services for added peace of mind.
