When I create each piece at The Memorial Company, I know it’s far more than jewellery. It holds meaning, memories, and a connection to someone deeply loved.
Because of that, I take real care in every stage of the process — and I want you to feel confident in the piece you receive.
That’s why I include a 12-month guarantee with all jewellery, starting from the day your order arrives.

If there’s ever an issue caused during the making of your piece — whether that’s the materials or the craftsmanship — I will always do my best to put it right.
Your jewellery should reflect exactly what you ordered, and I stand by the quality of what I create.

A gentle note on wear over time
Jewellery is made to be worn and loved, so over time it may naturally change. For example, sterling silver can soften or darken slightly depending on how it’s worn and cared for.
This is completely normal and part of the nature of the materials, rather than a fault.

Looking after your piece
To keep your jewellery in the best condition possible, I always recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, cleaning products, and anything that could affect the finish.
Damage caused by accidental knocks, chemicals, or general wear isn’t something the guarantee covers — but I will always try to help where I can.

If a fault is found, I’ll always aim to repair your piece first. If that’s not possible, I’ll look at a suitable replacement.
