FAQ's
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple. Just choose the piece that feels right for you and place your order online.
After that, I’ll send you clear guidance on how to send your inclusions safely. Once they arrive with me, I’ll carefully create your jewellery and return it to you ready to wear and treasure.
⸻
How long will my order take?
Most pieces are completed within 2–4 weeks.
Some items can take a little longer, especially solid gold pieces, which may take around 6–8 weeks due to the extra processes involved. If you ever need something sooner, you’re always welcome to message me and I’ll do my best to help.
⸻
What delivery options are available?
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from a range of Royal Mail delivery options, including tracked services for extra peace of mind.
⸻
What if there’s an issue with my item?
I always check each piece before it leaves me, but if something doesn’t feel right when it arrives, please get in touch.
All jewellery is covered by my 12-month guarantee, and I’ll always do my best to put things right.
⸻
Do you offer engraving?
Yes — many of my pieces can be engraved with names, handwriting, fingerprints, paw prints, or something meaningful to you.
⸻
Can I personalise my order?
Absolutely. A lot of my jewellery can be customised, whether that’s colour choices or including more than one set of inclusions.
If you have something specific in mind, just message me — I’m always happy to chat it through.
⸻
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your piece looking its best, I recommend avoiding water, perfumes, and cleaning products.
You’ll receive a polishing cloth and care guidance with your order to help you look after it over time.
⸻
Can you use pet ashes or fur?
Yes — I create many pieces in memory of much-loved pets as well as people. I know how special those bonds are, and I treat every piece with the same care and respect.
⸻
Do you have a physical store?
I currently run The Memorial Company online, but I’m always here if you need help or have any questions — just pop me a message.
